We’re hiring a skilled sales executive with 4-5 years of experience in the interiors, joinery, fit out, events and exhibitions industry. Excellent spoken and written English fluency and CRM experience. Pleasant personality and ready to work for commission basis with a supporting basic salary. UAE Driving License is necessary
- Identifying and selling commercial Interiors Fit Out, Joinery and design solutions to existing and new clients as well as working as a Sales Executive to build long-term relationships with strategic clients and partners.
- Generate leads and sales opportunities to meet the company’s Business and growth plans and the sales targets and manage the communication with the clients, making sure all client requests/inquiries are attended to.
- Identifies business opportunities in the industries of Construction Companies, Consultants, Design houses, by identifying prospects, researching and analyzing sales options.
- Proven record of accomplishment within the interiors industry and experienced in dealing with government clients.
- Establishing market penetration in Interiors, Joinery, Event, Exhibitions in the UAE and wider GCC (as appropriate), generating opportunities through contacts, networking and associations.
- Identifying and winning major fit-out projects, developing intimate knowledge of key accounts and responding quickly and effectively to all the tenders related to our industries, Ø Liaise with the design and production teams throughout the process to make sure all client requirements are met.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Negotiate agreements in coordination with the other departments and the senior management.
- High end interiors such as places, villas hotels, restaurants, shops in shopping centers, etc.
- Low end: small villas, maintenance small shops.
- Corporate: manufacturing doors, kitchens, partitions
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
