Human Resource / Admin Specialist – Alexandria, Egypt

Qualifications – Masters Degree / Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management

Job Responsibilities:
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Recruiting and interviewing potential applicants on experience, skills and education
• Develop Strategic HR plans and Policies
• Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Maintain employee records and protects operations by keeping HR information confidential Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Other HR related tasks requested by the Manager and Managing Directors Requirements
• Proven experience as HR Specialist, administrator or other HR position
• Knowledge of HR functions (payroll & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
• Handle all administration work related to organization.
• Understanding of Egypt labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Proficient in MS Office Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
