HR & Administration Officer – Alexandria, Egypt

We’re looking to hire an HR & Administration Officer,with a minimum of 5 years relevant industries in Alexandria, immediately.

Good knowledge of local law and procedures to take care of day to day admin work and design schedules, HR and recruiting , Admin (payments records and other things) in Alexandria, Egypt Office.

Preferred Gender : Male / Female

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Administers and supervises the Office day to day admin works and design.
  •  Handling overall recruitment in company including on-boarding and exit interview
  • Maintain employee’s data and personal files and keeping;
  1. a. Resume, appointment letter and joining report.
  2. b. Job profile.
  3. c. Leave applications, Re-joining Report.
  • Take care of welfare of the staff on duty and keep the record in concerned employee file.
  • Arrange the employees, for annual vacation as per the company’s policy
  • Keep the employees’ leave record updated.
  • Issue all Administrative Circulars on behalf of Management.
  • Attend employees’ issues / grievances.
  • Keep track of new labor and immigration laws being introduced in the Alexandria.
  • Record and update the company portal
  • Participate in development and improvement of company systems and standards.
  • Cooperate with other employees to promote and inspire productive team work.
  • Maintain security and confidentiality of office information and documents.
  • Perform duties assigned as per Management Instructions.
  • Recommend / approve the hiring of personnel.
  • Keep track the advances of employee(s) & deductions.
